After the 706B was in place, the 706A was measured, drilled for the 5 holes (not including the rib holes) clamped and then drilled to the spar and the 706B. Once in place, the skins were removed and the 3 rib holes were drilled.
After all of the pieces were in place, including the spacers for the outside ribs and the top skin, the entire left flap was final drilled and then prepped for the hinge drilling.
